Managing Partner

Dren has more than 15 years of experience in transaction and global reporting serving portfolio companies in TMT and Energy sector. Dren was an Executive at EY for 12 years where he served a diverse client base, including private equities, portfolio companies, established public and private enterprises, and startups. His expertise lies in providing CFO services, TFO services (tax and finance operations), accounting, restructuring, and M&A.

Brent Gregoire

Partner

Brent has over 28 years of experience working with global fortune 500 companies, PE, and portfolio companies covering a range of industries from technology to media to food production. Brent directed global tax and finance departments assisting companies and private equities with M&A, compliance, corporate governance, finance, accounting, and taxes. Brent was a Senior Executive at Dell, HP, Gartner, JBS, Getty Images, Cinemark, and numerous Private Equities. Before joining the industry, Brent practiced law in Washington DC at Sutherland.

Scott Johnson

Managing Director

Scott has over 36 years of experience providing complex tax planning and compliance to corporations and partnerships. During his 24 year tenure with EY as a Partner, he served the firm’s largest multinational clients. Scott's expertise lies in international taxation navigating on complexities of cross-border taxation, mitigating tax risk, transfer pricing, developing strategies to optimize global financial structures, and harmonizing financial operations on global scale. Scott also spent 12 years leading the corporate tax function at several large multinational financial services companies.
